Training Osman

Osman has been one of Bankstown Fitness First's longest running trainers. His experience and knowledge in all areas of Personal Training is a credit to himself and the clients with whom he trains. He's had over 100 clients and he puts that down to his love of his job and the ability of helping people achieve their results.

He approached me about trying to strip some body fat and drop a few pounds. I believe the first step in an effective fat loss regime is to set a baseline and know exactly where we are at right now.

So we got together and did an assessment. We did all his major girth measurements and a body fat percentage test.

The most important thing about conducting a body fat test or any fitness test for that matter is to ensure that of reliability. Meaning that the same person should do the test using the same equipment at the same time and place etc.

Osman's goal is to reduce his body fat percentage to 12-15%. To get to 90kgs in weight.

He has already started to watch what he's eating and doing some light cardio. I wish him the very best and I'm sure he'll hit his target in the next few months.
